Coffee Benefits - Is Coffee Better Than Tea?
 Would you like to have tea or coffee? Just what are the specific coffee benefits? Let's talk about the benefit of tea. Tea is more popular in Asia and Europe where tea drinking is considered to be a proper social function.
The health conscience coffee drinker tends to opt for decaffeinated coffee and thus gets the flavor without the caffeine  in Coffee
In my opinion, Coffee is better than tea. Coffee is invigorating and is a symbol of liberty. Johann Sebastian Bach had Coffee all wrong since people who drink it are not slaves but people looking for their freedom. There were three Coffee Palaces that came to my mind. The Coffee Palace in Rome Italy in 1973 had all forms of Coffee including the Coffee Milk Shake which was known as Frappucino. The Coffee Palace in the Commercial Centre [Shopping Mall] BAB 2 in Anglet, France in 1987 had all of the coffee including coffee imported from Cuba, Angola, Mozambique, Laos, and Vietnam. So much for being a slave to coffee. Of course coffee adds to style.
Both coffee and tea have one component common between them, which is caffeine. Researchers have found recently many benefits of caffeine. Alerts the nervous system of body by meddling with Adenosine. Helps in enhancing short term memory, cognitive and logical reasoning capability of brain.
So these are the few common good points of coffee and tea. A study by International Coffee Organization revealed that coffee has four times more anti-oxidants than tea, only because it contains more caffeine. A moderate intake of coffee reduces the risk of Type 2 diabetes. Coffee contains a lot of different types of minerals, namely; Thiamine, Niacin, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Folate and manganese. Magnesium and Phosphorus found in almost 300 enzymes in human body. Coffee also contains very high levels of fibers even more than wine or oranges. On the other hand tea has some side effects as well. Then drinking tea and coffee casts a lot of difference on even attitude of a person simply. Coffee is invigorating and is a symbol of liberty.
